What to expect:

Arrival transfer

Collect your luggage and head out through customs. Driver will greet you in the airport arrival hall when you exit customs with your name on a sign. Our drivers arrive 15 minutes after confirmed landing and will wait for up to 60 minutes. Your driver will assist you carrying luggage and your vehicle will be conveniently located just outside the terminal. Journey time between Reykjavik and the airport is approximately 45 minutes.

Our representative will greet you at your arrival gate and fast track you through the terminal. The representative will assist you collecting your luggage and carry it to your vehicle where your transfer to Reykjavik awaits you.

Departure transfer

You choose your own pick-up time. The driver will be there on time and ready to drive you to the airport. If your pickup is at a hotel the driver will come into the lobby to collect you and assist you with carrying your luggage. We advise that you arrive at the airport no later than 2 hours prior to your flight if you are flying economy class, 90 minutes if you are flying Business class.

Is your flight delayed for some reason?

No worries, our support desk and drivers monitor live flight schedules and we update transfers accordingly. If there is a delay in your arrival flight or if the flight is arriving ahead of time we will be there on time. If your departure flight is delayed significantly we may call you to offer you to delay the transfer.

48-24 hours prior to departure = 50% refund
Less than 24 hours prior to departure = No refund
